Emang bener y? Kl mau mulai angkat beba, berat badan harus ideal dulu ? Karna katanya kl kita gemuk, trus OR nya sama angkat beban jadi ga bisa langsing banget? (Badannya jd gempal gitu)jadi hrsnya program pelangsingan dulu, sampe bb ideal, baru di kencenginnya pake angkat beban bener ga sih?

polar bear, menurut gw justru harus barengan kardio dan latihan bebannya... kalo kardionya mau lebih dibanyakin porsinya untuk ngejer penurunan bb ya nggak apa2.. massa otot itu juga bantu pembakaran kalori loh, jadi otomatis dengan latihan beban, massa otot bertambah, pembakaran kalori bertambah... CMIIW

Gw mau ikutan sharing ya, ini salah satu 'rutinitas' fitness gw ya:

Abis otot terbentuk, pake E-HIIT, pembakaran lemaknya lebih hebat deh, abis fitness trs mandi pun badan masih panas dan keringetan terus. Seger deh. Kadang diselang seling sama Power Yoga dan Body Combat biar ga bosen. Itu contoh rutinitas gw aja, krn gw emang lagi fokus ke paha yang emang paling susah dibentuk, hehe. |

Kl nge gym ala aku :
- stretching - cardio 30 menit ( treadmill dan static bike) - body shaping dgn angkat beban dan multi gym untuk otot perut, lengan, paha, pantat n besarkan dada hihihi @ linda lin : kl mau gemuk shabis latihan makan yg byk kandungan karbohidrat dan protein, + 30 menit sbelum latihan minum susu high protein. Trus latihan beban nya lbh banyak drpada cardio, krn kl gym itu bisa naikan massa otot yg buat bentuk tubuh lebih berisi, tp kl mau jaga bentuk tubuh dan program penurunan berat badan shabis latihan tunggu 1-2 jam stelah itu baru makan. n lebih banyak cardio drpada angkat bebannya |

threadnya sepi ya..
mau nanya nih..ceritanya rumah jauh dari fitness center.. pengen mulai olahraga..krn PCO & disarankan buat workout everyday..seenggaknya buat menghangatkan badan.. kepikiran mau cardio aja tiap hari 30menitan.. rencana pengen beli alat..enaknya beli apa ya?? buat beginner & gak mahal & gak makan listrik banyak.. aku lagi mau bikin target baru: skipping setengah jam setiap hari, waktu baru bangun tidur dalam keadaan perut kosong. hihihi
kata denny santoso, efektif banget lho cardio ringan (ringan lho, bkn cardio+beban atau yg berat2) pas baru bangun tidur dan belum makan sama sekali... |
