reizei hmm...setauku kalo baru pertama 2 fitness gitu harus ada jeda sehari buat badan istirahat, apalagi biasanya kalo pagi setelah fitness itu badan rasanya remuk semua, IMO loh

reizei88 bener tuh yg dibilangin mhyta, jgn dipaksa ototnya. sakit itu terjadi karena ototnya kaget. ibaratnya selama ini si otot diem manis2 trus tiba2 disuruh kerja keras. istirahatin aja dulu ototnya sehari. aerobik dulu boleh. dibikin selang-seling aja. hari ini angkat beban, besok aerobik, lusa angkat beban lagi. tapi kalo ototnya masih sakit angkat bebannya jangan dipaksa yg berat2 yah.

oiya, kalo fitness pagi sarapan dulu juga nggak apa2 kok. asal jgn kekenyangan. nanti eneg lho. paling enak sih sarapan roti atau minum susu. baiknya tiap mau fitness pastiin tubuh dapet asupan energi. jangan sampe nggak ada asupannya krn kalo tubuh dipaksa kerja keras tanpa energi, malah rusak jadinya. bayangin aja mobil tanpa bensin dipaksa jalan. asupan energi nggak berarti harus makan banyak + kenyang tapi perhatikan aja gizi yg masuk.

mommy k kalo mau turunin berat, cobain caraku di atas deh. kalo aku sih itu paling manjur yah.

root_ndut share donk latihan HIIT-nya gimana.... suka nyoba2 latihan sendiri sih tapi kok kayaknya kurang pakem yah? kayaknya metodeku yg salah nih. hiks

okee...hari ini aku ga angkat beban dl. aerobik aja...
jd baiknya angkat beban seling sehari ya?

kmarin aku fitness lupa sarapan jd sebelumnya minum susu lowfat aja..setelahnya makan pisang sampe nunggu jam lunch dateng..

sebenernya fitness itu lebih efektif pagi atau sore yah? atau sama aja

coba follow dennysantoso di twitter deh. Ada byk tips fitnes dan diet, lumayan buat referensi. Di websitenya duniafitnes.com juga ada contoh gerakan2 fitnes, program buat fatloss dll.

udah 1 mingguan gak ilang ilang! cedera karena gw maksa treadmill terus dengan incline tinggi dan speed cepet juga, udah gak kuat padahal alhasil cedera. bener kata FDers diatas, kalo gak kuat jangan dipaksa.

baloon waaaaah, bahaya ituuuuu kalo maksain otot yg udah capek. nanti bisa cedera permanen lhoo. mendingan istirahat dulu, say, jangan olahraga dulu. cepet sembuh yaah...

tapi memang awalnya aku di wanti wanti, kalo treadmill bisa nyebabin cedera otot kaki, kemaren lagi bandel aja abis terpacu membuang kalori lebih banyak. heheee. btw, thanks ya say

Ijahil, kemarin aku baru coba 2kali ga kuat pake HIIT, kalo ga salah inget pemanasan dulu 4 menit trus abis itu diselang-seling 2 menit jalan cepet trus 1 menit lari, gitu terus polanya diulang2..
Kalo HIIT wlopun udah brenti cardionya, tapi pembakaran lemaknya masih jalan, sayangnya aku belum kuat, cape bgt hoosh hoosh

Eniwey sebenernya lebih efektif mana ya buat bentuk badan? latihan cardio + beban ato fokus ikut kelas aja kayak erobik, yoga ato hip hop gtu??

root_ndut aku kok lbh suka ngebentuk badan pake cardio + beban yah. lbh berasa gitu kalo ototnya kerja. kalo niatnya mau ngelatih strength biasanya aku nyebur ke kelas yoga. kelas aerobik atau kelas hip hop oke juga tuh buat pengganti cardio. kadang kan suka bosen tuh kalo cardio pake alat terus2an, jadi kalo bosen nyebur ke kelas2 aja.

ijahil aku suka ga pede kalo ikut kelas, yang lain kliatan udah jago2 semua, apalagi aerobik sering ga bisa ngikutin gerakannya hahaha

root_ndut cuek ajaaaa.... kalo rajin dateng lama2 pasti bisa ngikutin. biar malunya berkurang, ambil tmp di belakang aja dulu. jadi kalo salah gerak, yg ngeh cuma sedikit. tapi biasanya yg laen nggak bakal ngeh kalo kita salah gaya. mrk kan lg konsen sama gerakannya sendiri. kecuali kalo memdadak kita bakar matras yoga di tengah2 kelas. hahahaha
