Do you like to help and have what it takes to make a small but busy office run even more organized? Then we need you here, as a secretary, administrative assistant as well as receptionist. Everyone is a multitasker here :-)

Job Description includes (but not limited to):
- Organizing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Helping in arranging both in-house and external events, meetings, appointments & other arrangements
- Handling incoming calls (in a cheerful tone *important* :D)
- Attending meetings and jotting down meeting minutes
- Keeping track of the petty cash
- Faxing, Printing, Photocopying and other general administrative duties
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery and equipment supplies
- Sorting, sending and distributing mails
- Keeping up with everyone’s schedule
Requirements:
- At least holds a D3 degree
- Experience is not necessary but will be highly valued
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excell & Outlook
- Super organized (borderline OCD is more than welcomed) and know how to prioritize

- This is a full time position at Female Daily HQ in Kemang.
